There is a quiet kind of wellbeing that comes from feeling truly at ease — and this is at the heart of my approach.
I’m Serenella, a holistic therapist with over 10 years of experience in holistic wellbeing. Specialised in Holistic Facials, Lymphatic Drainage, Massage and Reflexology I offer my services from my own practice in Camberwell and Marylebone, creating treatments that are as much about how you feel as they are about the treatment itself. My practice is dedicated exclusively to women’s wellbeing, allowing me to focus my work on the needs of the female body and to create a treatment experience shaped around women’s comfort, individual needs and overall wellbeing. I care about creating a space where you can slow down, breathe and step away from the noise of everyday life, even if only for a little while.
I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Sardinia, Italy – where the sea was always part of the landscape of my childhood, alongside the warmth, simplicity and slower rhythms of Mediterranean life. Growing up in this environment shaped my appreciation for simplicity, authenticity and the deeper things in life — values that continue to influence the way I see the world and approach my work today. From a young age, I often felt different — a little outside of things, as though I was experiencing the world in a way that was difficult to explain to others. I was quite solitary as a child and spent a lot of time in my own inner world. Looking back, I recognise that I was always deeply sensitive to my surroundings, to other people’s emotions and to the atmosphere around me. As I grew older, that sensitivity became something I had to learn to understand. At times, feeling so much and not always knowing how to process it contributed to periods of anxiety and panic attacks. It was during this time that I began looking for gentler ways to find balance, calm my mind and feel more grounded within myself. This was the beginning of my journey into holistic wellbeing.
I found in holistic therapies a different way of relating to myself — one that encouraged me to slow down, listen to my body and pay attention to what I was feeling. What began as something I needed for myself slowly became a passion — and eventually a calling to create for others the same sense of calm, care and connection that I had found for myself.
Today, I recognise that sensitivity as an important part of who I am — something close to what is often described as being a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP). Rather than something I needed to overcome, it has become something I have learned to understand, embrace and use as a strength. It has shaped the way I listen, the way I work and the way I create a space for the people who come to me.
My treatments are rooted in the belief that caring for ourselves can be a way of honouring the body, rather than constantly asking it to change. I work with the body and its own rhythms, with the aim of enhancing what is already there and supporting its natural wellbeing.
Each treatment brings together touch, presence and intention, creating a space for the body to soften, restore and find its natural balance. The physical benefits are part of the experience, alongside the deeper sense of being cared for, listened to and fully present in your body.
I’m naturally attentive to the details, both within the treatment and in the atmosphere around it. I notice the little things: the pace, the pressure, the quiet, the feeling of being welcomed and cared for. I believe these details matter, because they are often what allow us to truly let go.
I hope that when you leave my studio, you remember more than the treatment itself — the feeling of having had a moment entirely for yourself, of being gently looked after, and of returning to your day feeling a little lighter.
