1. Request an Appointment
  • New Clients – Camberwell/Oval & Marylebone. New clients can request an appointment by completing the online form at: www.eres-therapies.co.uk/book. Please allow up to 36 hours for a response.
  • Existing Clients – Camberwell/Oval & Marylebone. Existing clients may request follow-up appointments via WhatsApp.
2. Confirm an Appointment
  • New Clients – Camberwell/Oval & Marylebone. To confirm an appointment new clients are required t0:
  1. Complete a short online pre-consultation form.

  2. Make a full payment of the treatment at the time of booking to secure the slot.

For booking requests submitted several weeks in advance (about 3–4 weeks ahead), we may reserve the slot temporarily without requiring the form or payment immediately. In such cases, the client will be contacted approximately 7 days prior to the appointment (or sooner if another client requests the same slot) to complete the booking formally.

Once a slot has been offered and agreed upon via WhatsApp, text, or call, the client has 1 hour to confirm the appointment and reserve the slot. After this time, the slot may be offered to other clients on the waiting list.

  • Existing Clients – Camberwell/Oval. Existing clients are not required to confirm their booking with a payment. Follow-up treatments can be paid in full on the day of the appointment.

    Existing Clients – Marylebone. Existing clients are required to pay a £30 deposit for follow-up treatments, with the remaining balance payable on the day of the appointment. Once a slot has been offered and agreed upon via WhatsApp, text, or call, the client has 1 hour to confirm the appointment and pay the deposit to secure the slot. After this time, the slot may be offered to other clients on the waiting list.

Last minutes! For last-minute bookings (same day or next day appointments), we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp. New clients requesting appointments via WhatsApp will be asked to provide their full name, treatment required, reason for treatment, and any other relevant details. Due to a high volume of spam and unsolicited calls/texts, we do not accept bookings by phone or text from new clients.

Advanced payments are processed through Acuity Scheduling via an invoice. Payments in person can be made by cash or card (cheques are not accepted).
