At ERES Therapies, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, as a small business, our availability depends on the number of clients we can accommodate within our clinic hours. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice so that the slot can be offered to clients on our waiting list.
All cancellations, reschedule requests, and lateness notifications must be communicated via WhatsApp or text message (emails are not monitored for these purposes).
1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- With at least 24 hours’ notice:
We are happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
If you have made an upfront payment (required for first appointments), you may choose either to reschedule or to receive a full refund of the amount paid. - With less than 24 hours’ notice:
A 100% cancellation fee of the total treatment cost will apply.
However, if you request to reschedule within the same week, the fee may be waived at our discretion, subject to availability.
For upfront payments, no refund will be issued if a suitable reschedule cannot be arranged. - No-shows*:
If you fail to attend your appointment and do not provide notice, a 100% fee of the treatment cost will apply. Clients who have made an upfront payment will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Lateness
If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or text. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, this may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delays for other clients.
If your session is shortened due to late arrival, the full fee will still apply.
If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time and have not contacted us, your booking will be considered a no-show and charged in full.
Clients who repeatedly cancel or miss appointments without adequate notice may be required to prepay the full treatment cost for future bookings.
3. Refunds
ERES Therapies does not offer refunds for treatments that have already been provided and completed.
Understanding Our Policy
We appreciate your understanding that this policy is essential to maintaining the quality and sustainability of our services. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from accessing available appointments and directly affect our ability to operate efficiently as a small business.
*A “no-show” refers to any instance where a client fails to attend their appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice. At this point, the booking will be cancelled and charged in full.
